Grab a thick jacket and a katana, and head for the car. I'm in the desert so I'd drive to one of the large water reservoirs at the base of the mountain were I'll Write HELP! on the thing and wait for rescue. There's nothing but flat desert around so I'll be able to see a zombie for miles.
I'd have to fight. I live in the middle of nowhere in the country, about 6 miles out of town. Nowhere to run, and the house is much too big to board up, lol. Hiding in the closet from running zombies just sounds like a death trap.
agreed. the image that comes to mind is 28 weeks later when the guy leaves his family behind and is being chased by ohhhh about 100 running zombies! hand-to-hand with beings just as fast/agile and twice as strong....ummmm i'm running 'til i'm caught!
lol interesting Q ... block the windows wait for the immediate flood to pass as they'll go for easy prey , get some gear to protect the arms and lower legs -make sure you take care of personal needs before leaving said home ! lol * and get my butt to either the nearest sporting goods store *available armor good nuff to get ya by and some great melee weapons or head to the local national guard armory!
rule #1 dont be cheap - double tap #2 dont let their blood get on you or in your eyes/mucus membrane zones add more to this..
and.. instant death lol think.. sure the herd runs but mass infections = people stocking up on supplies increases likely hood of there being an infected there or for the zombies to arrive there mass munchies !!
* recommend sporting goods ,national guard armories , some taller limited access buildings with minimal hiding spaces
Damn, I haven't played L4D 2, but I'm addicted to the first one. Anyway, I'd board up the doors and windows, and if the zombies managed to get in, I'd resort to the melee weapons... and pray there are no tanks with them.
